A wedding certificate is a traditional Quaker text signed by the couple during a wedding ceremony. Following the wedding, all guests are invited to sign the certificate as witnesses to the wedding. You do not have to be Quaker to have a wedding certificate at your wedding. A wedding certificate is a beautiful work of art meant to be framed and hung in a special spot in your home.

The basic breakdown:

• Top section: your vows will go here. Click the button below to see examples of text.

• Middle section: this is where the couple signs the document.

• Bottom section: we’ll include text similar to, “As witnessed by their loving community of family and friends,” and then below that is where everyone else signs!

• Artwork: I will work with you to incorporate your wedding florals, color scheme, or other specific details on your certificate.
